Brilliant Gold Discus (Symphysodon aequifasciatus)

Friday the 13th is far from an unlucky day for us because we added the Brilliant Gold Discus to our livestock. This stunning discus is a good option for hobbyist who are good at keeping their aquarium water clean. Discus thrive best in aquarium tanks with continued clean water and a low water flow. This is a large fish so make sure its new aquarium home is large enough for it swim. Their aquarium tank can include some large wood pieces from our new Aquatropic Ecoscape line to create hiding places for this discus to seek refuge from the light. During feeding times provide it with a varied diet of frozen and dry foods for continued health.
