Gold Green Cory Catfish (Corydoras melanotaenia)

Corydoras for the most part are peaceful and are considered an essential clean-up crew member for community and planted tanks. The Gold Green Cory Catfish is no exception! They are an awesome fish to add to a community tank and can be added in groups as long as the tank is large enough. Try replicating its wild habitat by providing fine sand substrate and adding driftwood branches. Although, catfishes can live off eating algae growth and detritus it is best to also supplement their diet with sinking pellets and meaty frozen foods to ensure their optimal health.
