Nyereri Cichlids are an incredible species that comes from Lake Victoria. The males sport the vibrant colorations while females are mostly gray. They can be kept in a harem of several females to one male. This cichlid will do best with others found in Lake Victoria such as Peacock, Haplochromines or Mbuna Cichlids. Provide a varied diet of Nutramar Complete Pellets and frozen meaty foods.
