Smooth Box Crab

The Smooth Box Crab is a tropical species of crab from the Indo-Pacific region that have great variability in its patterns and colorations. In the wild, they can be found in intertidal zones up to 50 feet deep and are most active at night. When they feel threatened this crab will swiftly burrow into the substrate for protection.
