Blue/Gold Fusilier

Fusiliers are constant grazers and require feeding at least six times daily. Add to well established aquariums that very large open swim areas. Rockwork with caves, cracks and crevices should also be provided for hiding and resting. Fusilers are fast moving peaceful fish and should not be housed with slower moving or aggressive fish. Provide an enriched diet of meaty prepared foods. Fusiliers are schooling fish and are best housed in small groups.
Blue/Gold Fusilier are also sometimes known as the Gold Band or Scissor Tailed Fusilier. Not often seen in the aquarium trade. Beautifully colored blue with a white belly, yellow to gold stripe trimmed with a thin white to light blue stripe and tail fin trimmed in black. Blue/Gold Fusilier can grow to almost 14".
We recommend a minimum aquarium size of 120 gallons or larger for this species.
