Colored Reef Anemone

Condylactis Anemone should be added to well established aquariums with plenty of lighting a sandy or muddy bottom in which to bury its foot. Anemones are capable of movement using their foot to the best suitable place in the aquarium. Provide a diet rich in small pieces of hand fed meaty foods it will also require high lighting to feed the symbiotic zooxanthellae algae within its body known as photosynthesis. Invertebrates do not tolerate copper medications.
The Colored Reef Anemone is also known as the Haitian Pink Tip or Giant Golden Anemone. Commonly seen in the aquarium trade. Colored Reef Anemones are generally a tan, brown or white color however the Colored Reef Anemone may have a splash's of magenta, purple, or green coloration. Reef Anemone can grow to almost 16".
