Porcelain Crab

Petrolisthes Crabs should be added to well established aquariums with plenty of rockwork, cracks, caves and crevices for grazing and hiding. Generally found on coastal reefs among sponges. Feeds mostly on organic debris however with the addition of meaty foods should be provided a couple times a week. Invertebrates do not tolerate copper medications. Petrolisthes Crabs are great for beginner hobbyists as they are easy to care for.
The Porcelain Crab is also known as the Half Crabs and are closely related to Squat Lobsters. Commonly seen in the aquarium trade. Porcelain Crabs are generally a brown to white color with a pattern of red spots or short lines. Sally Lightfoot Crabs can grow to 1".
