Sexy Anemone Shrimp, Pair

Thor Shrimp should be added to well established aquariums with plenty of rockwork with ledges, cracks, caves and crevices for perching and hiding. Generally found among anemone tentacles, ledges of live rock or corals. Thor Shrimp will benefit from a symbiotic relationship to an anemone. Provide a diet rich in plankton, Flaked, frozen and small pieces of meaty foods. Thor Shrimp do not tolerate copper medications and are sensitive to salinity changes. Magnesium and Iodine are important components for shrimp as they need these for molting. Thor Shrimp are great for beginner hobbyists as they are easy to care for, peaceful and reef safe.

The Sexy Anemone Shrimp is also known simply as the Anemone, Sexy, Squat or Dancing Shrimp. Commonly seen in the aquarium trade. Sexy Anemone Shrimp are quite comical and are given their name do to their habit of swaying their abdomen and arching their tail towards their head and shaking it. The Sexy Anemone Shrimp has a caramel to brown colored body, large white to pink spots and thin blue colored circles. Sexy Anemone Shrimp can grow to 1.5".
